ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 The 2020 Annual General Meeting scheduled earlier this year in April was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. With the continued state of emergency and uncertainty surrounding public activity, the Board is planning to host a community Zoom meeting as the Annual General Meeting. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, December 9th, 2020 at 6:30 pm. Members of the community who are interested in joining the meeting can do so by emailing the board in advance at info@pcbf.org. Please provide your full name along with your full mailing address for member confirmation. Meeting details will be emailed back to you. 

For future reference each individual resident, 18 years and older, residing in the former Pittsburgh Township is automatically a Member of the PCBF.  Members in good standing are entitled to attend, participate and vote at the meeting when announced.  To be eligible to vote, attendees must bring identification with proof of address to register. Details of the meeting will be updated on this site as determined. 

Current Directors will maintain their elected status until the anticipated AGM in April 2021. 

The purpose of the meeting is to:

 1. Receive, consider and approve the financial statement for the past fiscal year, together with the auditors’ report thereon, and all the transactions reflected thereby;

2. Elect Directors; (this is delayed until spring 2021 due to Covid 19)

3. Appoint auditors; and

4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Members who cannot attend the meeting are requested to date, sign and return the proxy form per the instructions on the form.

The Board is looking for enthusiastic and civic-minded people to serve as a director on the PCBF board and will be seeking nominations at the spring 2021 AGM.
