ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2020 Annual General Meeting has been cancelled due to the current Covid-19 situation. The date of the meeting is unknown at this time.
For future reference each individual resident, 18 years and older, residing in the former Pittsburgh Township is automatically a Member of the PCBF. Members in good standing are entitled to attend, participate and vote at the meeting when announced. To be eligible to vote, attendees must bring identification with proof of address to register. Details of the meeting will be updated on this site as determined.
Current Directors will maintain their elected status until the anticipated AGM.
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. Receive, consider and approve the financial statement for the past fiscal year, together with the auditors’ report thereon, and all the transactions reflected thereby;
2. Elect Directors;
3. Appoint auditors; and
4. Transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
Members who cannot attend the meeting are requested to date, sign and return the proxy form per the instructions on the form.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation there are currently no regularly scheduled meetings of the Pittsburgh Community Benefit Fund.
